  They are so over priced and do not give out contractors prices. For you to get contractors pricing you have to spend lots is what they said. Lol ok. Anyways found brick 30% less at a different store across the street plus got contractors discount on top of that. They use their name to jack up the prices. Service sucks as well.

  They simply don't listen. Drove into their yard and onto the scale. Made it clear I needed to two different type of rock 1/4 cubic yard of each. So I relay my request to the guy on the tractor and the lady at the scale what I needed. All along under the assumption they would put my order in two separate bags. Without even asking they loaded the two different rock in the same bag. I asked if there was a barrier between the two in the bag their answer was "no, you didn't ask for it". These people don't ask the right questions and being very young have horrible customer service skills. Now I have a big bag of two different rock mixed together. I can't return this "big bag" because of their no return policy and I'm left separating the two. Make sure you are VERY specific otherwise they will do whatever they want without question and won't go out of there way to make it right.

  I ordered bigbag screened loam on Sunday, at 1pm and I was promised that it will be delivered on Sunday between 7am and 7pm. I was supposed to use it for grading for my basement, since there was a leak under deck. They did not deliver on Sunday and due to heavy rain in the evening I had basement leak again. I called on Monday 1:30pm and found out that they were not even planning to send my order, if I would not call them.
